The Carlton features four cottages, each with a very similar exterior look and recently added front deck.

The Cottages have the following amenities:

#21 Two bedrooms with a total of two double beds and one double futon, separate living/dining, kitchenette,  cable TV, AC, dishes and linens.

#23 Two bedrooms with a total of three double beds and one double futon, separate living/dining, kitchen, cable TV, AC, dishes and linens.
