Thank you for considering The Carlton Resorts & Suites

 

We will do all we can to make your stay at The Carlton a memorable one. Our business depends on advance reservations and cancellations can be costly. Once we reserve your room, we remove its availability and refuse all other reservations on it.

 

A major credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.

 

You will be charged for the number of nights reserved.

 

Due to Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Regulations, We cannot rent to anyone under the age of 21. Those under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a parent or guardian adult guest will be refused and any deposit will be forfeited.

 

 

 

Deposits

A deposit of one third the total amount must be received within ten days of making reservations to confirm your reservation. Balance to be paid at time of check-in. NO refunds due to early departures (including cancellation due to inclement weather). Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to reservation arrival dates.

 

Full refunds will be given for any cancellations 30 days prior to arrival with a $12.00 processing charge. Deposits may be transferred to another open date if cancellations are made between 14 to 30 days in advance with no penalties.

 

Personal checks are accepted upon check-in (out-of-state checks must be guaranteed with a valid credit card). For deposits we accept personal checks, traveler’s checks, major credit cards, money orders and cash. Please do not send cash through the mail for deposits. Any returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee for processing.

 

 

 

Arrivals & Departures

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. We will try our best to accommodate early arrivals when we can, however we need time to prepare our rooms to ensure they are clean and ready for you.

 

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Any late departures will be assessed a $25.00/hour fee. Time is precious when we are preparing for our next guests.

 

If you are going to be late arriving, please try to inform us. If it’s past 9:00 PM we may not be available. If we are available, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

 

 

 

Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED! Management reserves the right to expel unregistered pet owners without refund. There is a $10.00 per night per pet charge for all approved pets. All pets must be on a leash while on resort grounds. Pets cannot be left alone at any time. All pet waste must be picked up immediately.

 

 

 

Room Furnishings

KITCHEN: Basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans are furnished. If you plan on cooking meals that require special equipment you should check with us or bring it with you. All items are for resort use only and should not leave your cabin at any time (including use for picnics, or cooking or eating away from your cabin). Guests are expected to wash all dishes, pots and pans and leave them in the condition found. A $25.00 fee will be charged to clean kitchens or to replace items.

 

BATH: Resort towels are for bathing use only, please bring your own beach towels to use at the pool or the lake. Please do not use towels to clean cars or boats, we have rags available for that purpose.

 

THINGS NOT TO FORGET: All consumables such as food, coffee, paper towels. The obvious such as swim wear, sun screen comfortable clothing and shoes, and fishing gear. The not- so-obvious such as water sandals (our lakes have rocky bottoms), binoculars, a camera and film, cash or travelers checks (some of our local merchants do not take credit cards or out-of-state checks), medication and cell phones (our units do not have telephones).
